HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your Warp+Weft tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at Warp+Weft, simply sign in with your username and password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the UPS site and enter your Warp+Weft tracking number.
NOTE: It may take up to 24-48 hours before your tracking information is available online.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible. If you do need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground free of charge. Once your order is placed, it takes our team 1 to 2 business days to process. From there, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days. Please note, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. All orders with PO Box addresses will not be processed and delayed.You can view the status of your order anytime by logging into your Account. Once the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING?
Impatient much? Don’t worry, so are we. You can choose either 2nd Day and Next Day at checkout for an additional cost.
All international orders are processed at our international distribution center.
We are proud to offer international shipping to the following countries with our partner DHL: Canada, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom. Depending on your location shipping time may vary.
SHIPPING RATES ARE BASED ON DESTINATIONS.
Your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. You will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties that may be assessed and added to your purchase price. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
At this time, we are not able to process returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders.
In case of shipment refusal, we will deduct original shipping charges as well as duty and sales tax from the total order amount.
