Return Policy

FULL PRICE merchandise is only eligible for a full refund if a return is initiated via our Returns Portal within 30 days of order fulfillment. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be refunded and may qualify for exchange or store credit only.

FINAL SALE merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and placed back into original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem an item damaged.

Returns must be dropped off at USPS within 7 days from initiating return.

Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered and must have all original tags attached.

Outbound shipping fees on orders from the original order are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit depending on order status at return initiation and may take up to 14 business days from return delivery to be issued.

Store credit is valid for five years from issue date.

Warp + Weft is NOT liable for lost, stolen or damaged items should the customer deselect Route shipping protection at checkout.

We only accept returns on items purchased directly from warpweftworld.com. We do not accept items purchased from other retailers. Non-Warp + Weft items received at our warehouse will be discarded.

Any domestic returns received at our corporate office or warehouse that have NOT been processed via our Returns Portal will not be acknowledged or refunded. Warp + Weft reserves the right to deny any returns that do not comply with our returns policy.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

International + Non-Contiguous United States

We offer international shipping to Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and New Zealand.

All international orders will be shipped with FedEx. Shipping rates are base on destination.

Your order will be shipping on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. The customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties that may be assessed and added to the purchase price.

Warp + Weft is required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

In case of shipment refusal once order is processed and shipped, the customer will not be eligible for any refund.

Coupon and promotional codes are now accepted for international orders. Gift cards cannot be used on international orders at this time.

All deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam, and to APO/FPO Boxes are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping method only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and all APO/FPO boxes, please allow additional time for delivery to these definitions.

Making a Return or Exchange

All domestic returns and exchanges must be initiated and completed via our Returns Portal. See below for international return instructions.

Access the Returns Portal via : https://warpweftworld.loopreturns.com/#/

  • In our Returns Portal you will be able to return your order or exchange for a different size and obtain a complimentary USPS return label.
  • When initiating a return please have your order number, located on the confirmation email and the email address used to place the order ready. You can also use the order number found on this packing slip by replacing the ‘WEB-‘ for ‘WW’ followed by the numerical sequence, example WW1234.
  • Input your order number and shipping zip code used for the order.
  • Select the items you’d like to return, followed by selecting the reason why you are returning this item.
  • You will then be able to be given the option to either exchange for a new size or return it.
  • Complete your return, download and print your USPS return label.
  • Attach the USPS return label, if possible, to the original packaging and drop off at USPS. We ask customers to allow up to 14 business days for their returns to be processed and refunds issued. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email notification.
  • If you are exchanging your order, your exchange order will be placed once USPS has scanned/received your return package.

International + Non-Contiguous United States

Shipping

All contiguous US orders over $75 qualify for complimentary UPS Ground Shipping. All contiguous US orders below the minimum threshold of $75 will be charged a $10 non-refundable shipping fee.

Please note, 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day are NOT complimentary and are contingent on package weight and destination.

Hawaii, Alaska, and all US Territories including Puerto Rico have the below surcharges and are not eligible for returns:

  • Hawaii - $20
  • Alaska - $30
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands - $20

The US Territories will also be subject to DDP and are excluded from the domestic return policy.

For UPS Ground shipments, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered within in 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

For orders placed with expedited shipping (2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air), please have your order submitted before 11:00AM EST to qualify for same day processing. If an order is placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a Monday that is a legal holiday, the order will not be processed and shipped out until the following business day.

Please note, we do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time. All orders submitted with a PO Box address will not be processed.

International Orders

Shipping with Route Package Protection

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

Route's Green Package Protection helps cover the following instances:

  • Shipping issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received, can be approved no earlier than 5 days after the “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required for damaged shipping issues
  • Shipping issues for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") can be filed at any time. Issue resolution is based on the estimated delivery date for your order which is available when your claim is filed.

Common FAQs

When will my credit card be refunded?

  • Once your package has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
  • Note that the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

How do I change or cancel my order?

  • Once an order has been submitted to warpweftworld.com, the customer cannot make any changes or cancellations to the order. If a customer has any questions regarding their order, please email hello@warpweftworld.com

How do I apply a discount code or gift card to my order?

  • To apply a gift card or discount code, you must enter the code in the section at checkout that reads 'gift card or discount code'. Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined when other promotions are active on our website or with other discount codes.

When will my order ship?

  • Once you place your order, it will be shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey. Please allow 1-2 days for the order to process. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

What if my merchandise arrived damaged?

  • Please email photos of the damaged items to hello@warpweftworld.com for us to review. Photographs should also show garment with tags and full packaging. Please note, order will only qualify for a replacement if purchased directly from warpweftworld.com. Damaged goods have to be reported with two weeks of purchase to qualify for a replacement. Items that are returned damaged without noting damages in the return portal are not qualified for refund. Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem an item damaged.

What if I received the wrong item?

  • We apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything to make it right. Please contact our team at hello@warpweftworld.com

What if my item is not as pictured?

  • Because the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor, tablet and mobile deceive varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors for products displayed on our site. Also note that due to the hard-finished nature of some of our styles, each garment may be unique.
